Chicken Fried, and other simple stuff

Today I was flipping channels on the radio when a song on 99.5WGAR caught my attention. It was called Chicken Fried by some country band. After listening for awhile I realized this song wasn’t about loosing a  girl, or going home, it was simply about the little things that make life so livable. Those jeans that fit perfectly, a cold (root)beer on a Friday night, and of course fried chicken. I really like this song because of the message it sends. I think it’s message is so true, in life we always take advantage of the little things that make us happy, and sometimes it’s really important to slow down and recognize this stuff.
